This study addressed the limited research on advice networks in educational reform by examining structural, relational, and cognitive factors that shape formation of relationships within a districtwide leadership team United States. Using stochastic actor-oriented modeling, we investigated longitudinal set data at four points time one public school district California during its process. Hierarchical triadic structures consistently played key role relationships. Close friendships self-efficacy were significant throughout reform. Leaders preferred their workplace level (homophily), but cross-level ties critical reform’s middle phase. underscores importance fostering both within-level advice-seeking relationships, making sources visible, leveraging experienced leaders to guide colleagues, thereby enhancing supporting cohesive efforts.

This paper addresses enchantment among teachers, differentiating similar concepts and exploring the organisational conditions critical aspects of teacher in an attempt to help schools manage them. The results, derived from a Delphi method, show that training, school facilities, organisation changes challenges stemming COVID-19 are important factors re-enchanting teachers Spanish secondary vocational training schools. Management teams, educational authorities educators can improve by leveraging these factors. Some recommendations proposed re-enchant such as promoting (mainly leadership), investment, professional collaboration cultural values.

The objective of this study is to elucidate the integration religious moderation values within student body madrasahs in Sampang Regency, Madura, achieved via collaboration with community and educational professional entities, namely madrasah working groups (KKM), teacher (KKG), subject deliberations (MGMP), guidance counseling (MGBK). Employing a qualitative-phenomenological methodology, research employs observational interview techniques collect data. findings indicate that incorporation has discernible impact on students' knowledge, attitudes, skills, facilitated by influential roles played social networks inter-organizational collaborations Regency. Educational communities organizations, specifically through KKG MGMP, significantly contribute fostering tolerance for diversity madrasas, thereby promoting harmony among students from diverse ethnic, cultural, religious, backgrounds.

School quality is the most important aspect and a major issue in education system. This research aims to explore influence of teamwork curriculum effectiveness on improving school quality. The method employed based quantitative design with survey approach. La colaboración docente se destaca como un medio imprescindible para la mejora escolar, el trabajo interdisciplinario, profesionalización y creación de nuevo conocimiento. presente investigación, carácter cualitativo alcance analítico, por entrevistas semiestructuradas, buscó indagar en las dificultades u obstáculos que impiden colaborar entre pares, según percepción docentes escuelas chilenas. Los resultados discusión ponen evidencia depende no solo actitudes o características individuales, sino también del diseño (mesonivel) liderazgo pedagógico, así cultura profesional (macronivel). Asimismo, problematizan los desafíos esto plantea a formación inicial continua docentes, posibilidades gestión escolar tienen favorecer profesionales escuelas.
