Purpose
The
study
directs
attention
to
the
psychological
conditions
experienced
and
knowledge
management
practices
leveraged
by
faculty
in
higher
education
institutes
(HEIs)
cope
with
shift
emergency
remote
teaching
caused
COVID-19
pandemic.

experiences
during
this
transition,

phenomenological
analysis

Abstract
This
article
advocates
for

expansion
of
research
into

well-being
in
language
education.

by

concerns

Este
trabajo
tiene
como
objetivo
comparar
los
estresores
laborales
y
síntomas
de
estrés
percibidos
por
el
profesorado
Educación
Secundaria
en
función
del
tipo
gestión
centro
(público
o
privado)
que
trabajan
analizar
la
relación
entre
estrés.
durante
primera
ola
infecciones
COVID-19.
Para
ello
se
evaluaron
104
docentes
ambos
sexos
(76%
mujeres
24%
hombres),
con
edades
23
59
años
(
M
=37,95;
DE
=
8,38).
Los
resultados
revelaron
no
existen
diferencias
percepción
laboral,
ni
psicofísicos
escuela
donde
imparten
docentes.
También
mostrarán
cinco
factores
estresantes
evaluados
(es

laboral

incertidumbre
sobre
duración
consecuencias
pandemia,
aspectos
organizativos
