Este trabajo tiene como objetivo comparar los estresores laborales y síntomas de estrés percibidos por el profesorado Educación Secundaria en función del tipo gestión centro (público o privado) que trabajan analizar la relación entre estrés. durante primera ola infecciones COVID-19. Para ello se evaluaron 104 docentes ambos sexos (76% mujeres 24% hombres), con edades 23 59 años ( M =37,95; DE = 8,38). Los resultados revelaron no existen diferencias percepción laboral, ni psicofísicos escuela donde imparten docentes. También mostrarán cinco factores estresantes evaluados (es decir, clima laboral sobrecarga incertidumbre sobre duración consecuencias pandemia, aspectos organizativos institución educativa, relaciones entorno estudiantil, conflicto ambigüedad roles empleo nuevas tecnologías) relacionan positivamente físicos, nerviosismo e incapacidad para relajarse, déficits cognitivos estado ánimo).
