In
this
project,
an
analysis
is
made
of
the
perception
teachers
Higher
Education
Institutions
(HEI)
regarding
use
Virtual
Learning
Platforms
(VLP)
in
transition
from
Traditional
Educational
Model
(face-to-face)
to
Emergency
Remote
Teaching
(ERT).

on

by
COVID-19
crisis

COVID-19
pandemic,
most
Higher
Education
Institutions
(HEIs)
across
globe
moved
towards
“emergency
online
education”,
experiencing
a
metamorphosis
that
advanced
their
capacities
and
competencies
as
never
before.
Teaching
Learning
Centers
(TLCs),
internal
units
promote
sustainable
transformations,
can
play
key
role
in
making
this
last.
Existing
models
for
TLCs
have
defined
they
could
help
develop,
focusing
on
teachers’,
students’,
managers’
development,
but
mislead
aspects
such
leadership,
organizational
processes,
infrastructures.
