Este
estudo
teve
por
objetivo
analisar
quais
as
competências
profissionais
têm
sido
cultivadas
meio
da
utilização
de
jogos
empresas
na
área
contábil
e
negócios,
conforme
a
literatura
especializada.
Para
alcançar
esse
objetivo,
foi
realizada
uma
pesquisa
do
tipo
Revisão
Sistemática
Literatura
baseada
metodologia
ProcNow-C,
2010
2023,
nas
bases
dados
Web
of
Science,
Science
Direct-Elsevier
Scopus-Elsevier.
Identificou-se
inicialmente
um
total
95
artigos,
coletados
entre
os
meses
abril
agosto
2023.
Após
excluir
artigos
inelegíveis
para
o
escopo
revisão,
passou-se
análise
das
45
pesquisas
remanescentes.
Os
resultados
demonstram
que
jogos,
principalmente
digitais,
são
amplamente
utilizados
negócios
em
geral.
Porém,
não
abrangido
todas
técnicas
(conhecimentos)
preconizadas
pela
IFAC.
Além
disso,
foram
identificadas
diversas
habilidades
capazes
proporcionar
aos
estudantes,
alinhadas
às
