The key role of innovation and organizational resilience in improving business performance: A mixed-methods approach

An uncertain and complex economic environment requires companies to act quickly reinvent their business strategies. Innovation has emerged as a strategic imperative adapt market changes remain competitive, while resilience gained attention essential for organizations respond successfully external environmental pressures. Despite these factors' importance in unstable environments, little empirical research analyzed them. Drawing on dynamic capabilities' theory, our study examines the role of service innovation organizational enhancing performance using sequential two-stage mixed-methods approach. First, quantitative was conducted test proposed model structural equation modelling (SEM) analysis with sample 343 Spain. Second, qualitative performed 12 interviews managers provide additional insights detailed understanding phenomenon. The results confirm key capabilities address changing landscape competitive. Building entrepreneurial resilience during crisis using generative AI: An empirical study on SMEs

Modelling and analysing the enablers of digital resilience for small and medium enterprises

Purpose Small and medium enterprises (SMEs) significantly contribute to economic growth, development, exports employment of the nations. To maintain competitiveness in today's market, SMEs must explore identify enablers enhance their digital transformation process. This paper aims shed light on some essential can use implement resilience successfully. Design/methodology/approach The quantitative assessment validation have been done using powerful novel techniques, namely, Delphi method, “fuzzy interpretive structural modelling” (F-ISM) method “cross-impact matrix multiplication applied classification (MICMAC)” analysis. F-ISM model is developed information drawn from experts practitioners involved process for SMEs. Furthermore, provides four paths complete pathway resilience. Platform digitization capability and organizational resilience: examining the roles of resource reconfiguration and environmental munificence

Smart contract challenges and drawbacks for SME digital resilience

Purpose This study aims to explore the key challenges and drawbacks of smart contracts (SCs) how they impact digital resilience within small medium enterprises (SMEs). Whilst this type technology is seen as a step forward in terms traceability, transparency immutability increase resilience, we argue that it should be approached with trepidation.
