Purpose Due to its ability support well-informed decision-making, business intelligence (BI) has grown in popularity among executives across a range of industries. However, given the volume data collected health-care organizations, there is lack exploration concerning implementation. Consequently, this research paper aims investigate key factors affecting acceptance and use BI healthcare organizations. Design/methodology/approach Leveraging theoretical lens “unified theory technology” (UTAUT), study framework was proposed integrated with three context-related factors, including “rational decision-making culture” (RDC), “perceived threat professional autonomy” (PTA) “medical–legal risk” (MLR). The variables were categorized as follows: information systems (IS) perspective; organizational user perspective. In Jordan, 434 professionals participated cross-sectional online survey that used collect data. Findings findings “structural equation modeling” revealed professionals’ behavioral intentions toward using significantly affected by performance expectancy, social influence, facilitating conditions, MLR, RDC PTA. Also, an insignificant effect PTA on PE found based results statistical analysis. These explained 68% variance ( R 2 ) individuals’ BI-based systems. Practical implications To promote technology settings, developers, designers, service providers decision-makers will find have number practical implications. Additionally, it development effective strategies these results, attracting interest many users. In the current knowledge‐intensive economy, a firm's intellectual capital refers to its idiosyncratic internal and external knowledge‐related assets. While technological knowledge is major constituent of capital, past research has often equated it with capability. However, capability includes not only codified knowledge, but also tacit know‐how that captured by formal property. We argue while patents might serve as proxy for measuring base they are good capabilities. Therefore, we offer novel approach based on machine learning technique capture biopharmaceutical capabilities using clinical trials carries out. Purpose This article aims to identify in academic literature the relationship between healthcare ecosystem and project management. Advancements in digital technology necessitate a shift from traditional linear buyer-supplier value chains to network-centric approach facilitated by platforms. Despite platforms being dominant model for transformation, limited research has explored the enablers incumbent pipeline firms embrace platformization. To address this gap, study reviews existing literature on identifying nine platformization: changing client behavior, information (IT) capabilities development, structural efficiencies, disruptive competitive forces, scope advantages, economic triggers, third-party technology, creation of autonomous corporate structures, and regulatory compliance. Case studies platformization diverse industries are analyzed using modified total interpretive modeling (m-TISM) approach, resulting hierarchical with five levels. This delineates interrelationships among trigger events, external enablers, internal organizational process outcome drivers. Purpose The adoption of digital technology has not been able to overcome the problem patient healthcare service quality in Indonesian hospitals, especially lower middle-class hospitals that are widely distributed regions, because its utilization well coordinated. This research explores influence Digital Adoption Capability (DAC) on Hospital Performance (HP) for these problems. Design/methodology/approach used a quantitative methodology design approach. Survey data were collected from 285 leaders class C and D throughout Indonesia, who selected at simple random March August 2023. Data analysis was carried out using structural equation modeling method with help LISREL version 8.80 software. Findings found positive significant DAC HP. Leadership (DL) plays an important role performance, both directly indirectly. ICT Literacy (ICT) Patient-Centric (PC) do have direct HP but provide results through DAC. also Environmental Dynamism (ED) factors significantly drive need improve performance adoption. Practical implications Providing insight into increasing connect workers patients produce safe services ever-changing environmental condition. This paper aims to measure patients' satisfaction and comprehend their assumptions, which are important for hospital management in responding customers' growing demand quality healthcare services. study used a quantitative approach the form of survey method. Online medical forums have emerged as vital platforms for patients to share their experiences and seek advice, providing a valuable, cost-effective source of feedback service management. This not only measures patient satisfaction improves health quality but also offers crucial insights into the effectiveness treatments, pain management strategies, alternative therapies. study systematically identifies categorizes key aspects experiences, emphasizing both positive negative sentiments expressed in narratives. We collected dataset approximately 15,000 entries from various sections widely used forum, patient.info. Our innovative approach integrates content analysis with aspect-based sentiment analysis, deep learning techniques, large language model (LLM) analyze these data. methodology is designed uncover wide range aspect types reflected feedback.
