The current study employs communication visibility theory to examine the nexus between task structure, knowledge transfer, and employee agility. We further investigated role of ESM in facilitating transfer its effects on Utilising cross-sectional data from Chinese employees working different organisations, structural equation modelling (SEM) was applied 425 samples using AMOS version 24.0. Results reveal that interdependence significantly influences both knowledge-sharing knowledge-hiding behaviours organisations. Moreover, complexity positively affects sharing but negatively impacts hiding. results also indicate correlates with agility, while hiding has a negative association Additionally, mediates relationship interdependence, complexity, as does Furthermore, usage strengthens although it not moderate link concludes substantial theoretical practical implications directions for future research.
