This study explores the influence of digital leadership (DL) on sustainable competitive advantage (SCA) in tourism and hospitality businesses, focusing green absorptive capability (GAC) eco-innovation (EI) as mediators. focused middle-line management travel agencies hotels Saudi Arabia. Employee innovative behavior is crucial for organizations to engage in activities and gain competitive advantages the context of digital transformation. This study investigates the impact of digital capabilities on sustainable competitive advantages among manufacturing small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in Vietnam, an emerging market, through lens dynamic view.
