Abstract The significance of firm environmental performance (FEP) has been recognized by academic experts. Nevertheless, a comprehensive exploration the driving factors behind it remains lacking. In order to bridge this gap, study employs perspective Triple Bottom Line theory and explores influence senior management sustainability commitment (SMSC) green human resource practices (GHRMP) on FEP. Furthermore, direct mediating role GHRMP SMSC–FEP relationship. moderation knowledge organizational culture was also explored. Hydrothermal carbonization (HTC) technology transforms organic biomass components, such as cellulose and lignin, into valuable carbon materials, gases inorganic salts through hydrolysis, degradation polymerization, with significant advantages over traditional methods by reducing energy consumption, lowering pollutant emissions enhancing efficiency. In the context of global climate change, HTC plays a critical role in water environment management addressing industrial, agricultural, domestic wastewater challenges. The application extends to treatment, where hydrochar effectively adsorbs heavy metals, compounds, anions, thereby improving quality. However, challenges remain, optimizing process for diverse raw managing economic costs, environmental social impacts. Future research policy support are essential advancing technology. By reaction mechanisms, developing catalysts, promoting international cooperation, can significantly contribute towards achieving neutrality goals fostering sustainable development.

National governments policymakers now focusing lot energy on addressing dangers posed by environmental concerns climate change. very contentious issue in recent years has been link between change tourism its vulnerability. This study focuses impact fluctuating visitor numbers greenhouse gas emissions, responsible for acceleration warming other changes. Therefore, we look at how most visited countries' have changed due increased tourism.
