Organ-on-a-chip
technology
has
been
used
in
testing
small-molecule
drugs
for
screening
potential
therapeutics
and
regulatory
protocols.
The

Parkinson's
disease
(PD)
is
one
of
the
most
prevalent
neurodegenerative
diseases.
The
typical
symptomatology

includes
motor
symptoms;
however,

symptoms,
such

intestinal
issues,
usually
occur
before
symptoms.
Various
microorganisms
inhabiting
gastrointestinal
tract
can

influence
