ABSTRACT
We
developed

PeptideAtlas
resource

www.peptideatlas.org/builds/maize
)
to
help
solve
questions
about
maize
proteome.
Publicly
available
raw
tandem
mass
spectrometry

Abstract
The
complex
gene
regulatory
landscape
underlying
early
flower
development
in
Arabidopsis
has
been
extensively
studied
through
transcriptome
profiling,
and
networks
controlling
floral
organ

derived
from
the
analyses
of
genome

transcription
