This study investigated the effects of accessible work-family policies (WFP) and organisational support on job satisfaction mediated by employee well-being. Furthermore, it examined whether these relationships differed depending employees' gender family responsibilities. The involved 568 participants employed in Spanish tourism industry, including front-line workers managerial staff, with a similar proportion male female employees, nearly half whom had valid questionnaires were analyzed using PLS-SEM technique. results highlighted importance accessibility WFP determining workplace. While residual effect, more substantial impact overall satisfaction. Unveiling the mediating effects of destination gender on tourist loyalty DOI

As an arising branding tool, how destination gender affects tourist loyalty remains unclear. This study unveiled mechanisms between masculinity/femininity and based on a cognition – affection conation framework, further compared relative importance of subdimensions. Results with 427 usable responses showed that: (1) femininity had stronger positive impact than masculinity loyalty; (2) identity congruity tourism experience memorability played separate sequential mediating roles; (3) subdimensions differential in explaining post-travel outcomes. Tourist is illustrated from new angle gender, which sheds light anthropomorphic marketing.

Purpose This paper aims to explore financial anxiety and generalized as the serial mediators linking perceived organizational support (POS) career commitment. Design/methodology/approach Data were collected from 388 managerial nonmanagerial employees in diverse service areas, such restaurants, airlines hotels Turkey. The direct mediating effects tested via PROCESS macro. Findings Financial partly mediates impact of POS on findings further reveal that serially mediate effect Practical implications Management should work with mentors provide psychosocial during COVID-19 pandemic. ABSTRACT The purpose of this phenomenographic study was to examine the different ways in which a group research assistants who varied by university, department and gender understand anger they feel towards faculty members with whom interact. Phenomenographic analysis conducted on data obtained through face‐to‐face, semi‐structured interviews 15 at two state universities Turkey. revealed that participants understood issue six ways: (1) ‘an emotion one feels when exposed an injustice’, (2) diminishes work performance’, (3) should be kept under control’, (4) causes discomfort’, (5) pushes look for solution’ (6) develops resilience as gains experience’. Implications future practise were also discussed based findings.
