In this study, a colorimetric sensor was developed for the detection of organophosphorus pesticides (OPs) using heterogeneous nanozyme with phosphatase-like activity. Herein, (Au-pCeO2) obtained by modification gold nanoparticles on porous cerium oxide nanorods, resulting in synergistic hydrolysis performance OPs. Taking methyl parathion (MP) as target pesticide, catalytic and mechanism Au-pCeO2 were investigated. Based Au-pCeO2, dual-mode MP put forward analysis product via UV-visible spectrophotometer smartphone. Under optimum conditions, strategy can be used on-site concentrations 5 to 200 μM. Additionally, it applied pear lettuce samples recoveries ranging from 85.27% 115.87% relative standard deviations (RSDs) not exceeding 6.20%, which provide simple convenient method OP agricultural products.

The urgent need for sensitive and accurate assays to monitor acetylcholinesterase (AChE) activity organophosphorus pesticides (OPs) arises from the imperative safeguard human health protect ecosystem. Due its cost-effectiveness, ease of operation, rapid response, nanozyme-based colorimetry has been widely utilized in determination AChE OPs. However, rational design nanozymes with high specificity remains a great challenge. Herein, trace amount Bi-doped core–shell Pd@Pt mesoporous nanospheres (Pd@PtBi2) have successfully synthesized, exhibiting good peroxidase-like specificity. With incorporation bismuth, there is more than 4-fold enhancement performance Pd@PtBi2 compared that Pd@Pt. Besides, no significant improvement oxidase-like catalase-like activities was found, which prevents interference O2 undesirable consumption substrate H2O2. Based on blocking impact thiocholine, colorimetric detection platform utilizing constructed sensitivity selectivity. Given inhibition OPs activity, biosensor further developed by integrating detect OPs, capitalizing cascade amplification strategy. OP achieved limit as low 0.06 ng mL–1, anti-interference ability. This work promising construction specificity, well development biosensors.
