With the outbreak and evolution of pandemic worldwide, financial market has experienced unprecedented shocks adjustments, volatility correlation stock market, as an important indicator economic activities, have shown new features trends during pandemic. Based on CSI 300 Index, we construct a three-stage sequential network representing pre-pandemic, pandemic, post-relaxation phases. We investigate evolving dynamics resilience network, forecasting potential future connections, thus offering fresh insights into comprehending recovery. Our findings unveil that adapts dynamically to pandemic’s progression, witnessing overall augmentation in interconnectedness. While sector maintains its pivotal role, influence non-financial sectors experiences upsurge. Despite demonstrating poor stability heavy reliance key nodes, there exists positive recovery trajectory. Non-financial such energy transportation emerge catalysts for rejuvenation. provide suggestions government regulators investors, providing strong support optimizing structure promoting long-term healthy development market.

The coordinated development of urban competitiveness (UC) and green total factor productivity (GTFP) is paramount for achieving global sustainable objectives, especially regional sustainability in China. This study utilizes panel data from 2011 to 2019 encompassing 273 Chinese cities evaluate the index employing projection pursuit method. research categorizes into four regions—East, Central, West, Northeast—for comparative analysis purposes. findings unveil: (1) a discernible rise both overall coordination between China; (2) throughout period, except fluctuations observed Northeastern China, other regions sustained relative stability, manifesting trend divergence-convergence; (3) across all demonstrated β-convergence, with Central China exhibiting swiftest convergence slowest; (4) taking account factors such as government intervention, industrial structure, human capital, there likelihood that growth rate diverse will converge towards synergistic trend. Therefore, strive enhance productivity, governmental attention should be directed discerning developmental trends influencing affecting their coordination. Such an approach facilitate realization objectives while propelling synchronized advancement productivity.

The United Nations’ 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) provide a pivotal framework to guide government policies and mobilize public engagement for sustainability, although further exploration is still needed analyze the attention given SDGs by these stakeholders using multi-source data. To comparatively in SDGs, based on case study China, this employed data content analysis assess perceived importance performance of two stakeholders. Then, performed an importance–performance (IPA) SDGs’ priority improvement. results highlight government’s emphasis SDG 7, 2, 9, contrasting with predominantly 8, 4. Regarding greatest achievements have been exhibited 4 1, while 10, 15, shown least progress. Concerning individual indicators, 12 out 98 attained 100% completion, 19 remain below 50% threshold.
