aquaculture.
Given

male
CGS
are
larger
than
female,
understanding
mechanisms
behind
gonadal
differentiation
development
critical
optimizing
production

small
RNA-seq
on
female
gonads
during
two
key
windows
CGS.
PCA
analysis

clustering
within
groups
