Introdução: O período gravídico é evidenciado por modificações, que incluem alterações físicas, psicológicas e sociais em gestantes. Objetivo: Verificar a ansiedade depressão no contexto da pandemia relação com os mecanismos de defesa das gestantes para estratégias enfrentamento assistência profissional sejam elaboradas. Método: Estudo transversal delineamento descritivo, abordagem quantitativa do tipo analítica, correlação entre variáveis, desenvolvido um Centro Especializado Materno Infantil (CEMI) setor emergência obstétrica hospital, ambos interior São Paulo. Participaram estudo 61 gestantes, sendo 30 CEMI 31 obstétrica, idade igual ou maior 18 anos. Os dados foram coletados meio dois questionários, sociodemográficos outro questões abertas fechadas sobre positivos negativos. Para avaliar sintomas depressão, foi utilizado Escala Hospitalar Ansiedade Depressão, analisados forma descritiva inferencial. Resultados: Constatou-se 29,51% apresentaram 24,59% depressão. Das 66,67% encontravam-se na obstétrica. Verificou-se 14,75% afirmaram consumiram bebida alcoólica drogas ilícitas COVID-19, 45,90% não realizaram atividade física 49,18% tiveram dificuldade dormir. Conclusão: resultados mostram parte apresentam uma situação vulnerabilidade relacionada à saúde mental prejudicada rotina acentuadas atual pandêmico.

Abstract Ambivalence is a phenomenon that transcends disciplinary divides and associated with myriad of mixed outcomes. Yet, identifying representing the complexities ambivalent experiences can be difficult using traditional qualitative methods. Thus, goal present study was to advance method, thematic co-occurrence analysis, address this issue. To illustrate usefulness I case detailing 35 estranged adult children’s responses reactions their parents’ (non)contact during COVID-19 pandemic. Findings reveal seven themes four (non)relationships between them reflect (a) theme independence, (b) unilateral co-occurrence, (c) unbalanced (d) complementary co-occurrence. Abstract Background Subjective well-being (SWB) is associated with social support in cross-sectional studies. However, it remains unclear whether and how predicts SWB longitudinally, especially during the COVID-19 contingency. Methods By adopting a prospective design, current work addressed this research question sample of 594 participants from U.K. The data were collected via online platform, Prolific, at two time points (June, 2020 August, 2021) 14-month interval. Descriptive analysis moderated mediation model conducted to test proposed hypotheses. Results Baseline was significant predictor subjective 14 months later, even after controlling for baseline other covariates such as personality traits. Additionally, affect balance (i.e., affective component SWB) fully mediated link between subsequent life satisfaction cognitive SWB). Moreover, household income relationship, indicating stronger individuals lower monthly income.
