The presence multiple traumas plays relevant role from psychopathological point view, but little is known about effect this have on suicide attempts in patients BD. Methods: A cross-sectional study was conducted comparing socio-demographic clinical characteristics, recruiting 344 diagnosed BD I II, screened (or absence) cPTSD using International Trauma Questionnaire (ITQ). Suicide were assessed directly interview patient’s medical record. Results: results emerging indicate that can considered Furthermore, evidence provided support idea highly prevalent related higher burden. Conclusions: recommend an urgent comprehensive assessment suicidal comorbidity both cPTSD. There crucial demand early intervention initiatives proactive prevention strategies address intricate intersection mental health challenges.

Given the high rate of trauma exposure among general population, it is important to delineate risk factors for post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). While historically implicated in panic disorder, anxiety sensitivity increasingly found play a role PTSD. The present review investigated size relationship between and PTSD symptoms exposed adults. A systematic search on multiple electronic databases (PTSDpubs, CINAHL, MEDLINE PsycINFO) generated total 1025 records, which 52 (n = 15173) met study inclusion criteria were included our random effects meta-analysis. Our results indicated medium effect (r =.46, 95% CI =.41,.50) symptoms. There was significant between-study heterogeneity. Furthermore, sub-group analyses revealed that design (cross-sectional vs. longitudinal) may significantly moderate association severity. No moderation assessment through interview versus questionnaire, interpersonal non-interpersonal trauma, or low quality. Such patterns are consistent with cognitive models Clinical implications, strengths limitations discussed.

This feasibility pilot study develops and explores preliminary assisted treatment concept using wearable instrument called One Button Tracker (OBT). OBT is single-purpose instrument, designed track subjectively experienced phenomena. adopted participatory action research design, involving close collaboration between two therapists, CPTSD, team. A literature search using key words 'complex disorder', 'PTSD', 'assessment' was undertaken on Embase PsychINFO during February 2022 by two reviewers. Inclusion criteria included full text papers between 2002–2022 which evaluated CPTSD assessment Exclusion reviews, editorials, meta-analyses, or conference abstracts. Twenty-two met selection criteria. Thirteen studies used the International Trauma Questionnaire (ITQ). Two each with Interview (ITI) Symptoms of Scale (SOTS). The Developmental Inventory (DTI), Cameron Complex (CCTI), PTSD Item Set additional Clinician Administered (COPISAC), (ComplexTQ), 8 Minnesota Multiphasic Personality (MMPI) were a single study each. ITQ most thoroughly investigated, validated across different populations, is convenient questionnaire for within clinical setting. Where self-report measures inappropriate, ITI, SOTS, COPISAC interview CPTSD. However, they require further validation should be alongside history examination.
