A direct and facile construction of optically pure julolidine derivatives through ruthenium-catalyzed enantioselective cascade hydrogenation reductive amination 2-(quinolin-8-yl)ethyl ketones has been developed. By means this protocol, various chiral compounds were obtained in high isolated yields (up to 94%) with excellent diastereoselectivities >20:1 dr) enantioselectivities 99% ee) under mild conditions. Furthermore, the synthetic practicality protocol was illustrated by preparation hexahydrojulolidines a fluorescent molecular rotor.

Swelling process analyzed by well known Fick's Equations. In approach coefficients () swelling conformed square root time correlated volatile organic compounds. Our results showed that has highly selective large vapor.

A modified Povarov reaction involving 2′-alkynylbiaryl-2-carbaldehydes and aryl amines with tandem oxidation was performed using catalytic FeCl3. The use of star anise oil from a natural source as dienophile in the multicomponent double Povarov reaction (MCPRs) to produce highly substituted julolidines with diverse technological applications is described. Within framework green chemistry, these MCPRs have many advantages such (i) water reaction, (ii) creation up six bonds one sequence, (iii) sole waste, (iv) 100% carbon economy, (v) metal-free process, and (vi) nontoxic reusable organocatalysts. These advantages, along simple workup procedure, make this protocol greener for synthesis julolidines.

Metal-free organocatalysts are becoming an important tool for the sustainable development of various bioactive heterocycles. On other hand, during last two decades, calix[n]arenes have been gaining considerable attention due to their wide range applicability in field supramolecular chemistry. Recently, sulfonic acid functionalized calix[n] arenes being employed as efficient alternative catalyst synthesis scaffolds. In this review, we summarized catalytic efficiency p-sulfonic diverse, biologically promising scaffolds under reaction conditions. There is no such review available literature showing calix[n]arenes. Therefore, it strongly believed that will surely attract those researchers who interested fascinating organocatalyst.
