There have limited interesting favoured macrocyclic presented due their readily modification/ functionalization suitable groups cavity structure preparing way for recognition ability variety target analytes such as ions molecules. Abstract A newly synthesized calix[4]arene thiourea derivative decorated with 2‐(2‐aminophenyl)benzothiazole unit is selected to take part important role in host‐guest interactions of the macrocyclic molecules. p‐tert ‐butylcalix[4]arene dithiourea ( C[4]‐DT ) Langmuir‐Blodgett (LB) thin films are prepared and characterized develop a new sensing element for detection seven different organic vapors (dichloromethane, chloroform, acetone, benzene, carbon tetrachloride, toluene m ‐xylene). The preparation ‐based onto substrates was successfully uniformly achieved linear regressions 0.9971 0.9954 coating quartz glass crystal, respectively. frequency shift (61.01 Hz) mass deposited crystal (969.80 ng) were calculated each layer. swelling dynamics QCM chemical sensor also illuminated by developing early time Fick's diffusion equation. measurements can be concluded that owing its high sensitivity (6.63 Hz/ppm), fast response low limit (0.45 ppm), this proposed LB coated expected promising alternative DCM vapor.

Graphene oxide (GO) Langmuir-Blodgett (LB) thin films were prepared to use as chemical sensor element. The properties of GO LB film layers characterized via Quartz crystal microbalance (QCM) method. This study presented that deca pyridin-2-amine bearing Pillar[5]arene (P5-PA) was designed in an appropriate cavity, which acts a part significant role host-guest interactions of the macrocyclic molecules. P5-PA monolayer deposited onto suitable substrates as active layer by using Langmuir-Blodgett (LB) coating technique to examine its vapor sensing capabilities against some aliphatic hydrocarbons through Quartz Crystal Microbalance (QCM) technique. The kinetic studies were occurred exposing P5-PA/LB thin film different percentage organic VOCs vapors such dichloromethane, chloroform and carbon tetrachloride air-VOCs mixture. early-time Fick's diffusion law handled extract coefficients utilizing QCM data depending real time. It is observed there two regions with slopes indicating one belongs slow surface another fast for bulk into LB film. collected experimental 1 Hz sampling frequency modelled deep learning models (NARNET LSTM) could get satisfactory results on small datasets. trained 83% samples data; remaining 17% used evaluate developed prediction performance. predicted values compared original (measured) section. from results; have higher than 0.98 correlation coefficient each vapor, applications.
