Abstract Colloidal nanoparticle self‐assembly is a key area in nanomaterials science, renowned for its ability to design metamaterials with tailored functionalities through bottom‐up approach. Over the past three decades, advancements synthesis and assembly control methods have propelled transition from single‐component binary assemblies. The plasmon coupling properties of assembled metal nanogap structures are highly sensitive to the distance, shape, orientation, and configuration faceted nanoparticles. However, orientation control nanoparticles is usually limited in-plane configurations. In this paper, Au@Ag nanocubes (NCs) with sharp edges corners were on a polystyrene (PS) microsphere array as hierarchical surface-enhanced Raman spectroscopy (SERS) substrate via facile self-assembly technique. NC monolayer undergoes an out-of-plane reconstruction forms V-shaped nanogaps under modulation PS curved surface. This unique can generate electromagnetic fields stronger than those traditional parallel gaps make it easier for target molecules diffuse into nanogaps. three-dimensional (3D) SERS substrates have wider spectral response 20 times higher activity films flat substrates. high sensitivity was demonstrated by detection limit down 10–9 M 4-MBA enhancement factor up 3.1 × 107. Furthermore, optimized 3D applied determine As5+ in water limits low 10–8 assisted machine learning, indicating that promising applications food safety, environmental monitoring, biological diagnosis.

Abstract Drug‐surfactant interaction increases the solubility of poorly water‐soluble drugs and design better pharmaceutical formulations. The degree nepafenac (NP), a nonsteroidal anti‐inflammatory prodrug was studied with ionic surfactant molecules such as cationic cetrytrimethyl ammonium bromide (CTAB) anionic sodium dodecyl sulphate (SDS) in an aqueous medium at room temperature. NP made mixed micelles CTAB SDS. To investigate influence interactions, conductivity measurements, UV–visible spectroscopy, fluorescence measurements were recorded. quantification NP–surfactant interactions investigated using various mathematical models. CMC values determined from pure surfactants 0.96 mM for 8.14 SDS near to their literature values. At different mole fractions UV binding constants lnKb found 0.025 0.123 number per ( n ) 67, 46 SDS, respectively. NP–CTAB NP–SDS revealed that has strong than Benesi–Hildebrand relationship, Stern–Volmer Kawamura replica partition coefficient used confirm findings. We are confident host–guest mechanism can contribute understanding molecular recognition phospholipid membrane model.
