Heat
stress

heat
affects

for

antioxidant

autophagy-related
properties

5-aminolevulinic
acid
(5-ALA)
gives

compound

activities.

study
aimed
to
evaluate

5-ALA
administration

combination
with
sodium
ferrous
citrate
(SFC)

vitro
maturation

evaluated

Bovine
ovaries
were
collected
from

environmental
temperature

periods;
cumulus-oocyte
complexes
(COCs)
aspirated
medium-sized
follicles,
matured
for

h,
fertilized,
cultured
10
days.
For
COCs
HT
period,

(control),
0.01,
0.1,
0.5,
or
1
µM
was
added
medium
SFC
molar
ratio
1:0.125.
results
showed
that
adversely
affected
blastocyst
hatching
rates
compared
MT.
Adding
5-ALA/SFC
(1
µM/0.125
µM)
oocytes
period
improved
cumulus
cell
expansion
no-addition
control.
In
conclusion,
this
can
disrupt
ameliorates
negative
effect
heat
stress
improves
subsequent
embryo
development.

transition

late
