This paper examines the determinants that drive ChatGPT use in learning among Indonesian Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) students. A proposed model based on unified theory of acceptance and technology model-2 (UTAUT2) was used context study. pilot study done prior to main data collection examine reliability instrument. For structural assessment, 1117 responses were analyzed through Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) Importance-Performance Analysis (IPMA). Most hypotheses are confirmed by significant results reported PLS-SEM. The strongest determinant Behavioral Intention (BI) Facilitating Conditions (FC). (GPTU) most significantly predicted BI. However, one hypothesis not supported; insignificant role Effort Expectancy (EE) BI revealed. Through IPMA, FC had importance for BI, while important GPTU. Besides, obtains highest performance IPMA procedure. addresses a UTAUT evaluating HEIs students Indonesia. Findings could facilitate policymakers with insights into initiate effective efficient policies improve artificial intelligence education, specifically ChatGPT.

This study attempts to model the factors that affect system's use, user satisfaction, net benefits, and loyalty digital library services. We developed proposed framework using Delone McLean's information system success model. A survey instrument was adapted, validated, assessed for reliability. The data were gathered from respondents (n. 2105) who are Indonesian open university (IOU) students. evaluated validity reliability of by assessing measurement applied a structural in Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modelling (PLS-SEM) report path coefficient (β), p-value, t-value main analysis. Findings inform all hypotheses confirmed. Service quality had most significant role predicting satisfaction predictor use. There is an increasing interest and effort in reorienting university curricula to address sustainability preparing teachers get involved embedding the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) teaching enabled by Information Communication Technologies (ICTs). Evidence shows that this often prevented various barriers at three levels: teacher- level barriers, school-level system-level barriers. In study, attempt was geared towards identifying constituencies of these levels examining extent which they predict teachers’ motivation embed SDGs school subject areas, including arts-based education. A survey 1253 Malaysia revealed explain 83% variance. By identifying, addressing, investigating higher education institutions—and especially teacher education—could be better informed ICT-enabled Education for Sustainability (ICTeEfS). The transition of ICD has never been a straightforward initiative. As nations to ICD-11, ensuring its acceptance among the users is essential. To our knowledge, there are limited studies about instrument and ICD-11 adoption. Therefore, purpose this study was design an investigate factors influencing intention use medical record officers (MROs) assistant (AMROs) at Ministry Health (MOH) Malaysia facilities. Based on current literature, model based decomposed theory planned behaviour (DTPB) proposed. consisted 13 dimensions 12 hypotheses identified from previous studies. Using PLS-SEM, 185 survey data points were analysed. findings showed that ten have significant impact suggested model. Users' subjective norm most influential factor in their ICD-11. Unexpectedly, perceived usefulness found no influence. This important for policymakers strategising implementation efforts. study's novelty lies applying DTPB context

Digitally enabled higher education involves the in-depth use of new-generation digital technology, which has subverted and innovated traditional teaching mode, driven development high-quality learning, improved teachers' experience, increased efficiency. Based on ecosystem theory, this paper constructs a with government, enterprises, universities as core participating subjects. It considers subjects' effort level ecosystem's overall benefits under three scenarios noncooperative research (R&D), cost sharing, cooperative R&D. The results show that (1) service innovation parties increases increasing human resource technology maturity, government's benefit decreases fulfilling social responsibility. (2) subsidies to enterprises can enhance both increase optimal returns whole. (3) In R&D game scenario, total are greater than those in noncollaborative after determining subsidy coefficients Pareto optimality whole be achieved. conclusions study aid understanding dynamic evolution mechanism digitally provide realistic decision-making reference for managers.
