El almacenamiento bajo condiciones de refrigeración es una práctica común para prolongar la vida útil del tomate, sin embargo, puede resultar en daños por frío que afectan su apariencia y calidad. Por lo tanto, el objetivo este estudio fue evaluar impacto un recubrimiento comestible goma guar (0.75% 1.5%) como posible alternativa proteger al tomate “chonto” contra daño durante a 10 ± 1 °C 45 días. Cancer is a leading cause of death worldwide, characterized by uncontrolled cell growth and multiple mutations.
