Photocatalytic
organic
reactions,
harvesting
solar
energy
to
produce
high
value-added
chemicals,
have
attracted
increasing
attention
as
a
sustainable
approach
address
the
global
crisis
and
environmental
issues.
Reticular
framework
materials,
including
metal-organic
frameworks
(MOFs)
covalent
(COFs),
are
widely
considered
promising
candidates
for
photocatalysis
owing
their
crystallinity,
tailorable
pore
environment
extensive
structural
diversity.
Although
design
synthesis
of
MOFs
COFs
been
intensively
developed
in
last
20
years,
applications
photocatalytic
transformations
still
preliminary
stage,
making
systematic
summary
necessary.
Thus,
this
review
aims
provide
comprehensive
understanding
useful
guidelines
exploration
suitable
MOF
COF
photocatalysts
towards
appropriate
reactions.
The
commonly
used
reactions
categorized
facilitate
identification
reaction
types.
From
practical
viewpoint,
fundamentals
experimental
design,
active
species,
performance
evaluation
external
conditions,
discussed
detail
easy
experimentation.
Furthermore,
latest
advances
COFs,
composites,
comprehensively
summarized
according
actual
sites,
together
with
discussion
structure-property
relationship.
We
believe
that
study
will
be
helpful
researchers
novel
reticular
various
synthetic
applications.

Abstract
Electrochemical
synthesis
offers
a
mild,
simple,
and
efficient
tool
for
the
preparation
of
interesting
useful
molecules,
thus
eluding
severe
chemical
oxidizing
reducing
agents
used
in
conventional
synthetic
methods.
In
particular,
electrochemical
C−H
activation
is
expected
to
play
an
important
role

functionalization
heterocyclic
compounds.
Over
past
few
decades,
research
interest
imidazopyridine
indazole
has
increased
significantly
due
their
multipurpose
uses
medicinal
industrial
chemistry.
Therefore,
structural
modification
these
heterocycles
using
electro‐oxidation
become
one
topics
among
organic
chemistry
recent
time.
This
review
provides
comprehensive
discussion
indazoles
imidazopyridines
published
so
far.
A
summary
current
challenges
future
direction
development
green
methods

An
efficient
visible-light-assisted,
copper-catalyzed
sulfonylation
of
aryl
halides
with
sulfinates
is
reported.
In
our
protocol,
a
single
ligand
CuI
photocatalyst
formed
in
situ
was
used

photocatalytic
transformation.
Diverse
organosulfones
were
obtained
moderate
to
good
yields.

organosilicon
compounds
are

due
their
promising
applications
therapeutic
agents,
drug
delivery,
building
blocks
so
on.
More
interestingly,
they
cheap,
operationally
simple,
highly
stable,
less
toxic
easy
handle.
In
this
scenario,
environment-friendly
synthetic
approach
for
silylation,
such
visible-light-induced
is
high
demand
at
present
molecule
construction
having
C-Si
bond.
This
perspective
summarizes
recent
findings
developments
emerging
area
photocatalytic
silylation
with
literature
coverage
mainly
extending
from
2014
February
2021.
