An efficient and highly regioselective C6-phosphorylation protocol for pyrrolo[2,3-d]pyrimidine (7-DAP) derivatives with various H-phosphine oxides induced by visible light at room temperature is described the first time. This has been successfully achieved combination of Na2-eosin Y as a photocatalyst LPO an oxidant under transition metal- additive-free conditions. The broad substrate scope, good functional group tolerance, excellent regioselectivity, air tolerant conditions make this process favorable modification scaffold enrich phosphorylated 7-DAP compounds further biological evaluation.

An efficient method for the construction of C–P(V) and C–P(III) bonds via iron-catalyzed phosphorylation alcohols under ligand-free conditions is disclosed. This strategy represents a straightforward process to prepare series phosphine oxides compounds in good excellent yields from readily available P–H compounds. A plausible mechanism also proposed. We anticipate that this mode transforming simple would apply chemical synthesis widely.

The NaOAc-assisted aerobic oxidation reaction of pentacoordinate hydrospirophosphoranes and dichalcogenyl compounds with open air as a green oxidant has been developed under mild conditions. A series novel spirophosphoranes P–Se/P–S bonds were synthesized in excellent yields. mechanism was determined by 31P nuclear magnetic resonance tracing experiments, high-resolution mass spectrometry X-ray diffraction analysis. method features broad substrate scope, good functional group tolerance, high degree atomic utilization is meaningful for the synthesis bioactive chalcogenphosphate chalcogen phosphorus moieties.

An external reductant-free and acid-free synthesis of phosphonothioates from odorless sodium sulfinates induced by CCl4 (1.0 equiv) under mild conditions has been achieved. This transformation provides an efficient synthetic approach to in up 98% yield with good functional group compatibility. In addition, unexpected CCl4-induced sulfoxides sulfones using DMSO as the solvent developed.

An aerobic oxidative cleavage of 1,3-diketones under visible light irradiation using an organic dye as a photocatalyst is disclosed. The newly developed reaction provides practical access to 1,2-diketones and (Z)-1,4-enediones in moderate good yields with absolute regio- stereoselectivity. Mechanistic studies the suggest that tetraketone intermediates might undergo photocatalytic energy transfer from excited form biradical-like (n,π*) states ketones.
