The purpose of this paper is to discuss the logic and practice path higher vocational education in empowering “One Million Project” its contribution local economic development. Through literature review construction theoretical framework, analyzes interactive relationship between regional development, based on case study Heyuan Vocational Technical College, discusses specific areas technical service, cultural talent service people's livelihood service. It found that effectively enhances endogenous power overall competitiveness economy through integration industry school-enterprise cooperation. At same time, also evaluates effectiveness empowered by puts forward corresponding policy recommendations. Although has achieved certain results, there are limitations, future research needs further explore role promoting balanced development economy, as well potential for solving social problems improving well-being.

Digital literacy is the core competitiveness and necessary ability that international students should cultivate while studying in China context of education digitalization, this paper mainly explores whether epistemic curiosity can affect digital China. This study used structural equation model (SEM) to investigate the mechanism of integrated development rural industries (IDRI) on performance college students' returning entrepreneurial enterprises (CSREE). The results show that: (1) IDRI significantly promotes CSREE, which is consistent with theory "sixth industry". (2) length, width, and depth industrial integration have a significant effect CSREE. Among them, has greatest degree direct influence followed by width integration, finally length integration. (3) indirectly positive impact CSREE through internal technological innovation ability cooperative ability. Seize great opportunity further improve specific ways are as follows: government should make overall planning, first determine local leading industries, establish whole chain, give full play various functions agriculture. At same time, actively guide agricultural develop in direction planting breeding, three-dimensional agriculture, other extend broaden deepen so optimize external environment for students return home start businesses. How Education Subsidies Affect Junior High School Students’ Noncognitive Ability Development: Evidence from China DOI Creative Commons

Education subsidies play a crucial role in allocating educational resources and significantly impact students’ ability development. This study utilizes data from the China Panel Survey to examine effects of education on junior high school development, employing framework new human capital theory along with least squares, propensity score matching, quantile regression models. The findings reveal that, first, exert significant positive effect noncognitive abilities, although no similar is observed for their cognitive abilities. Second, exhibit “compensatory effect” enhancing more pronounced among students lower levels ability. Third, particularly benefit female students, less affluent families, those residing rural areas, these groups experiencing greater improvements suggests refining subsidy policies implementation strategies foster collaborative system schools, society, thereby promoting comprehensive development through multiple avenues.
