This
paper
aims
at
identifying
the
competences
mobilized
by
team
members
in
a
Hackathon
light
of
adaptability
theory,
through
qualitative
research
with
participants
an
event
organized
Public
Ministry

Northeast
Brazil
to
propose
solutions
