Change Resistance Management And The Transition To Distance Learning During COVID-19: Moderating Role Of Education Technology

Purpose: Current study aimed at examining the moderating role of education technology on relationship between change resistance management (Efficient Managing, Participation, Communication, Organizational Culture, and Managerial Practices) transition to distance learning. Theoretical Framework: It's important remember that is a natural reaction caused by Fear unknown uncertainty about goals and, in some cases, lack sufficient information reform, it shouldn't be viewed as bad thing itself. Design/Methodology/Approach: Quantitative methodology was adopted, questionnaire distributed convenience sample (391) lecturers different tanks within private universities Jordan. SPSS employed order screen, process analyze gathered primary data. Findings: Results indicated moderated learning attributed managerial practices highest influential approach with B= .585 while organizational culture scored an influence but lowest 0.82. Research , Practical & Social implications: As for main hypothesis study, results manifested through which helped managing educational technology, constituted comprehensive reference guides provided basic framework included many channels such television, digital online platforms mobile phone. Originality/ Value: The current showed most during transitional period due COVID 19 pandemic knowledge, information, skills, technological capabilities, appeared after identifying they dealt with, existing infrastructure, weaknesses. How well university IT departments can handle massive demand this rapid unanticipated transformation.

Leadership dynamics and Covid-19 crisis management in Singapore: a contingency approach

Purpose The goal of this study is to explore the role leadership play by Singapore’s government in handling Covid-19 crisis and suggest recommendations around dynamics solving similar challenges experienced businesses, organizations societies. As result, Singapore's mortality rate relatively lower than other nations adversely affected epidemic, earning them prime position response. study, therefore, contends their containing can be model for people, political system society lessen incidents nature future. Practical implications Policymakers, scholars frontline workers may have sufficient reason devote time viable, comprehensive plan pursuing learning strategy, approaches drawing past experiences dealing with global health emergencies. Apart from this, experience will serve lesson management businesses leaders societies take steps soon they arise. Originality/value reality faced every organization people’s collective responsibility necessity during such time.
