The primary goal of this study was to provide empirical evidence improve understanding how responsible leadership actions drive the societal purpose health non-governmental organisations (NGOs). What impact have such efforts had on organizational performance in terms achieving goals? Although researchers continue investigate domain leadership, none focused NGO sector, particularly developing countries, and with a focus providing evidence-backed adaptation practices for future. A cross-sectional mixed approach applied, positivist constructivist phenomenological viewpoints being incorporated. respondents were sustainable system experts working NGOs national international scale as well ministry. perspectives 33 randomly selected gathered using questionnaire survey 10 purposively key informants open-ended interview questions empirically thematically analysed respectively. findings indicate that embedded organisational benefits organisation adds value society. Purpose This study discusses the strategic integration of artificial intelligence (AI) within hospitality industry by examining experience a locally owned Singaporean hotel chain. It will address central gap in prior research’s lack attention to employees’ perspective AI adoption domestic chains. Promotive voice refers to employees sharing novel ideas or suggestions aimed at improving the functioning of their work unit organization. However, in many cases, reserve contribution constructive for situations where they feel contributions are acknowledged and appreciated by managers.
