Abstract
Klebsiella
pneumoniae
is
the
leading
cause
of
neonatal
sepsis
and
increasingly
difficult
to
treat
owing
antibiotic
resistance.
Vaccination
represents
a
tractable
approach
combat
this
resistant
bacterium;
however,
there
currently
not
licensed
vaccine.
Surface
polysaccharides,
including
O-antigens
lipopolysaccharide,
have
long

attractive
candidates
for
vaccine

describe

subtypes

Abstract
Phages
are
increasingly
considered
promising
alternatives
to
target
drug-resistant
bacterial
pathogens.
However,
their
often-narrow
host
range
can
make
it
challenging

matching
phages
against
bacteria

interest.

tools

predict
interactions
at
the
strain
level
in
a

that
is
relevant

properly
