Purpose Given the concept of loafing at work and its IT equivalent, cyberloafing, we propose BallotLoafing to metaphorically describe a similar phenomenon occurring during political elections. describes how employees’ attention can become absorbed by discussions, debates or following news related an election, shifting focus away from tasks. The mediating role of employee commitment in the relationship between compensation system and turnover intentions DOI

Purpose The main goal of this study is to determine the role employee commitment in relations between compensation system and turnover intentions employees Republic Serbia, as well investigate whether there a mediating effect relation. Design/methodology/approach primary methodology implemented research was data gathering, obtaining theoretical works on proposed empirical studies based PLS-SEM, analysed by IBM SPSS Statistics SmartPLS processing software. for analysis obtained from total sample 764 employees, collected Serbia via an online questionnaire. Findings results indicated positive statistically significant relationship formative construct (compensation system) reflective (commitment), negative (turnover intentions). Purpose This study aims to explore the holistic context of organisational staff retention in small, medium and large organisations. It also identify factors affecting organisations different sizes. Design/methodology/approach The implements an empirical test a model created during previous research with participation 511 employees. responses online questionnaire modelling were analysed using partial least squares structural equation method. models tested for internal consistency reliability, convergent discriminant validity, multicollinearity fit. In the modern service sector, cyberloafing engaging in non-work-related internet activities during work hours has become increasingly prevalent. Although traditional research often highlighted its negative impact, emerging studies have suggested potential benefits. This study explored dual nature of cyberloafing, particularly influence on employee creativity and well-being, with as mediating factor. Based Job Demands-Resources (JD-R) model Conservation Resources (COR) theory, we developed a conceptual framework to investigate these relationships. A cross-sectional survey 379 employees across four industries Nigeria was conducted, data were analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modelling (PLS-SEM) via SmartPLS 4.1. Comparative analysis original alternative models revealed that specific behaviors are positively associated enhanced creativity, which turn contributes improved well-being. Enhancing corporate accountability in areas such as environment, social, and governance (ESG) has solidified its role the discussion on improving resilience growth. ESG management activities not only augment sustainability risk control but also influence professional roles personal lives of members through their perceived ESG. Historically, most research centered interrelation endeavors outcomes, while studies focusing have been sparse. In this light, our investigation, rooted conservation resources theory, aimed to delineate mechanistic link between members' psychological well-being. This study employed a stratified random sampling technique collected data across three waves, each spaced four weeks apart. Our sample comprised 325 Korean employees working administrative, technical, service, sales roles. recruited time-lagged phases found that comprehension enhances job meaningfulness, subsequently amplifying wellness. Taking the innovation chain (IC) as perspective, we discuss effect of digital transformation (DT) on enterprises’ green (GI) using data from Chinese listed companies 2013 to 2021. The results show that DT has a positive GI, and this is not only reflected in quantity patent applications but also GI efficiency quality. Heterogeneity analysis shows for both large firms small medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), greater SMEs. Relative have received governmental incentive-based industrial policies, smaller no policies are subjected command-based environmental regulations. As level industry competition increases low high, impact will grow.
