La pandemia de COVID-19 presentó una amenaza sanitaria y empresarial para la supervivencia los negocios familiares. Para facilitar el ajuste durante tiempos críticos las empresas familiares desarrollan estrategias a fin lograr sustentabilidad organización. Esta investigación analiza, desde teoría sustentables: 1) grado impacto del Covid-19 en cuanto enfermedad muerte partes interesadas organización, 2) 3) tiempo estimado que han ganado sobrevivencia organización como parte negocio familiar. Se aplicó un cuestionario estructurado 98 dos pueblos mágicos Oaxaca, México. Con información obtenida se realizaron correlaciones regresiones. En evidencia relación entre disrupción por superarla. Purpose This study assesses the capability of artificial intelligence integrated customer relationship management (AI-CRM) technology for sustaining family businesses in times crisis, such as COVID-19 pandemic. Abstract Family businesses are often seen as key players in efforts to increase sustainability due their transgenerational focus. Researchers have reported that companies strengthen commitment they consolidate entrepreneurial commitment, but the existing knowledge about drivers of family firms' choices is limited. This study sought fill related research gaps by exploring relationships between five orientation (EO) components—risk taking, innovativeness, proactiveness, competitive aggressiveness and autonomy—and businesses' initiatives. These comprise a unique context terms EO‐sustainability link focus on continuity propensity create value for future generations. In addition, women increasingly hold leadership positions within businesses, studies categorised both entrepreneurship gendered processes. Thus, this also explored female chief executive officers' (CEOs) moderating role corporate change agents who influence initiatives relationship. For companies, sustainable development generally represents a long-term business orientation towards social, economic and environmental well-being. The concept has gained momentum among researchers partly due to the necessity of finding modern approach that does not deprive next generation opportunity meet its own needs.
