Research background: Digitalization and the associated digital divide are crucial issues impacting socio-economic development globally. Extensive research has examined digitalization in EU countries, but there is a lack of understanding regarding comparisons with studies conducted Western Balkan countries. This study investigates trends from past five years both regions, focusing on efforts factors contributing to gap. Purpose article: The analyzes 2018 2023 Balkans. It explores causing digitalization, aiming guide future policy for inclusion sustainable development. Methods: employs meticulous data selection process, choosing Scopus as database its extensive coverage diverse journals. Purpose The study aims to determine the role of online retail website experience on brand happiness and willingness share personal information using theoretical lens Stimulus-Organism-Response (SOR) framework. Further, it explores intimacy partner quality in mediating path between information. Design/methodology/approach This used a cross-sectional survey design collect data from 439 consumers India, an questionnaire. were analysed Structural Equation Modelling IBM Amos.
