Over the past thirty years and with rise of digital society, process exclusion has become increasingly noticeable represents a sub-type social exclusion. Objectives The onset of the digital age has sparked a significant age-related divide, detrimentally affecting older adults. disparities and gray divide between Baby Boomers Silent Generation in senior living facilities remains an exigent issue. This study explored lived experiences adults as they confront challenges posed by inherent facilities.Methods In-depth, semi-structured interviews observations were conducted with 28 six three urban locations. The Digital Grey Divide (DGD) is a phenomenon that refers to the digital inequality existing among elderly in using tools. Purpose Grey digital divide is becoming a major challenge in today’s world where everyone expected to be tech savvy order use the Internet and technologies for everyday living. Vulnerable people, especially older encounter several issues with online financial services such as banking, shopping, insurance policies, etc. The main purpose of this paper identify factors related through literature review interviews cluster them four different sections: human, technology, society institutions that provide services.
