Introduction
Black
soldier
fly
larvae
(BSFL)
are
increasingly
promoted
as
cost-effective,
and
environmentally
friendly
source
of
protein
in
animal
nutrition.
However,
there
is
limited
information
about
farmers'
adoption
rates
the
factors
influencing
their
decisions
Sub-Saharan
Africa
(SSA).
This

assesses
livestock

BSFL
determinants

Methods

paper,
we
used
treatment

on

collected
from

Abstract
The

soldier
fly
(BSF;

Introduction
The
black
soldier
fly
is
considered
the
most
promising
insect
species
for
mass
production;
however,
information
on
effects
of
handling,

unavoidable

experimental
trials

rearing
practices,
