Objective:The study aimed to evaluate the impact of CE on expression HOXA10 and HOXA11 during late proliferative phase in endometrium infertile women. Methods: A prospective, translational cohort was conducted partnership with Hospital Universitário Antônio Pedro Niterói Clínica Ginendo Rio de Janeiro after approval by Ethics Committee. The patients were selected participate showing an indication for hysteroscopy. All participants divided into three groups: women endometritis (n=10), without (n=17) fertile (n=10).At hysteroscopy, two endometrial samples obtaneid, one sent histopathological examination per gynecologist's request other used immunohistochemistry procedures CD138, HOXA11.CD138 confirm diagnosis CE.The analysis performed using HScoring method polyclonal antibodies. Results: Women had lower values than control group (fertile endometritis). Conclusions: The is not significantly different between endometritis.Translational studies a larger number should be performed.

Repeated implantation failures are a constant challenge in reproductive medicine with significant impact both on health providers and infertile couples. Several approaches have been proposed so far as effective; however, accumulative data clarified that most of the treatment options do not evidence base for generalized application to be suggested by relevant societies. Implantation attributed either poor quality embryos or defected endometrial receptivity. The current review aims summarize systematic way all new trends managing RIF via interference authors focus mainly, but exclusively, injury prior embryo transfer priming autologous cells biological agents. To this direction, search Pubmed database has conducted taking into account emerged last two decades. All interventions herein presented analyzed terms outcomes. It is evident properly powered designed randomized trials needed support standard approach will safely incorporated national international guidelines.

Abstract Background The diagnostic criteria of chronic endometritis remain controversial in the treatment for infertile patients. Methods A prospective observational study was conducted a single university from June 2014 to September 2017. Patients who underwent frozen-thawed blastocyst transfer with hormone replacement cycle after histological examination presence were enrolled. Four used define according number plasma cells same group patients: 1 or more (≥ 1) cells, 2 2), 3 3), 5 5) 10 high-power fields. Pregnancy rates, live birth and miscarriage rates non-chronic groups defined each criterion calculated. logistic regression analysis performed births using eight explanatory variables (seven infertility factors endometritis). receiver operating characteristic curve drawn optimal cut-off value Results total 69 patients registered 53 finally analyzed exclusion. When designated as ≥ cell endometrial stroma per fields, pregnancy rate, rate 63.0% vs. 30.8%, 51.9% 7.7%, 17.7% 75% groups, respectively. This resulted highest among smallest P values between groups. In analysis, an variable negatively affecting objective only when diagnosed obtained one found fields (sensitivity 87.5%, specificity 64.9%). Conclusions Chronic should be According this criterion, adversely affected rate.

Chronic endometritis (CE) has been considered to reduce uterine receptivity and negatively affect reproductive outcomes for in vitro fertilization-embryo transfer (IVF-ET) patients, especially people undergoing recurrent implantation failure (RIF). To investigate the effects of antibiotic platelet-rich plasma (PRP) therapy on pregnancy following frozen-thawed embryo (FET) RIF patients with CE, endometrial specimens 327 obtained by scratching during mid-luteal phase were immunostained multiple myeloma oncogene-1 (Mum-1)/syndecan-1 (CD138). CE given antibiotics PRP treatment. According Mum-1+/CD138+ plasmacytes after treatment, divided into persistent weak positive (+) group, (-) group non-CE group. FET was performed basic characteristics three groups compared. Among 117 complicated prevalence 35.78%. It is recommended perform CE-related examination RIF. Antibiotic treatment can improve conversion cycle.

In vitro fertilization (IVF) is an important assisted reproductive technology in treating infertility, whose failure rate still high. Studies suggested that uterine microbiota are related to women’s diseases and persisting intrauterine bacterial infectious conditions, such as chronic endometritis (CE), impairing the pregnant processes. However, relationship between IVF outcomes open question. present study, 94 patients diagnosed with infertility were enrolled divided into CE (E group, n = 25) non-CE (NE 69) groups depending on hysteroscopy immunohistochemistry. Subsequently, E (Ep, 8 Enp, 17) NE (NEp, 41 NEnp, 28) pregnancy non-pregnancy outcomes, respectively. Pregnancy is established during the periconceptional period as a continuum beginning with blastocyst attachment to endometrial epithelial surface followed by embryo invasion and placenta formation. This sets foundation for child mother's health pregnancy. Emerging evidence indicates that prevention of downstream pathologies in both embryo/newborn pregnant mother may be possible at this stage. In review, we discuss current advances space, including preimplantation human maternal endometrium. We also role decidua, maternal-embryonic interface, dialogue between these elements, importance microbiome implantation process Finally, myometrium space review its determining pregnancy health.

Intended to investigate the potential effects of endometrial preparation procedures on results subsequent frozen embryo transfer (FET) cycles in infertile women with chronic endometritis (CE) following a single course antibiotic therapy. From July 2020 December 2023, 773 patients participated retrospective research. CD138 was immunostained tissues taken during proliferative phase. CE suggested by presence CD138-positive cells stromal cells. Oral antibiotics were administered every patient diagnosis. After one drug treatment, had and transfers. This study compared impact different strategies pregnancy outcomes. Four regimens, hormone replacement treatment (HRT), ovulation induction, natural cycle, gonadotrophin-releasing agonist-HRT (GnRH agonist-HRT), did not significantly alter outcome CE. Compared other groups, induction cycle group higher clinical rate implantation rate. In addition, miscarriage is lower populations. Patients treated who received HRT, GnRH agonist-HRT, differ substantially (P > 0.05). see any change outcomes as result procedures.

Endometrial CD138+ plasma cells serve as a diagnostic biomarker for endometrial inflammation, and their elevated occurrence correlates positively with adverse pregnancy outcomes. Infertility-related conditions like polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) recurrent implantation failure (RIF) are closely associated systemic local chronic inflammatory status, wherein cell accumulation could also contribute to pathology. Current methods quantifying typically involve laborious time-consuming microscopic assessments of only few random areas from slide. These have limitations in accurately representing the entire slide susceptible significant biases arising intra- interobserver variations. Implementing artificial intelligence (AI) identification enhance accuracy, reproducibility, reliability analysis.

Repeated implantation failure and recurrent pregnancy loss are associated with chronic endometritis, a persistent endometrial inflammation. Its diagnosis treatment may increase live birth rates. The aim of this study was to assess the effectiveness diagnostic biopsy subsequent antibiotic in cases endometritis on reproductive outcomes over long observation period. We conducted historical cohort (2014-2018) at our University-based infertility center that included women (n = 108) repeated or without known pathologies either condition. Forty-one underwent hysteroscopy only (reference group); remaining 67 underwent, addition hysteroscopy, an immunohistochemically staining for CD138 detect plasma cells (biopsy group). If one more were detected, treated doxycycline 100 mg twice day orally 2 weeks. We performed stratified survival analysis (Kaplan-Meier) Cox regression. The group had higher chances (hazard ratio 2.28; 95% confidence interval 1.23-4.24; p .009) 2.76; 1.30-5.87; .008) compared reference group. In sensitivity analysis, did not affect outcome.Endometrial followed by case birth.
