The
planar

Emerging
evidence
highlights
its
significance

inflammatory
disorders,
including
chronic
rhinosinusitis,
allergic
rhinitis.
This
review
delves
into
impact
YAP
on
individuals
affected
by
these
ailments,
with
specific
focus
it
nasal
mucosal
epithelial
cells.
We
further
explore
interplay
between
mediators,
outlining
pathological
mechanisms
through
which
contributes
to
tissue
restructuring
contexts.
Despite
advancements,
gaps
persist
understanding
YAP's
broader
clinical
applications.
Future
research
directions
are
proposed
