This review summarizes the effectiveness of scalable mind-body internet and mobile-based interventions (IMIs) on depression anxiety symptoms in adults living with chronic physical conditions. Six databases (MEDLINE, PsycINFO, SCOPUS, EMBASE, CINAHL, CENTRAL) were searched for randomized controlled trials published from database inception to March 2023. Mind-body IMIs included cognitive behavioral therapy, breathwork, meditation, mindfulness, yoga or Tai-chi. To focus a greater potential scale, intervention delivery needed be online no limited facilitation by study personnel. The primary outcome was mean change scores (Hedges’ g ). In subgroup analyses, random-effects models used calculate pooled effect size estimates based personnel support level, techniques, condition, survey type. Meta-regression conducted age length. Fifty-six studies met inclusion criteria (sample 7691, participants 43 years, 58% female): 30% (n = 17) neurological conditions, 12% 7) cardiovascular 11% cancer 6), 43% other conditions 24), 4% 2) multiple demonstrated statistically significant reductions ( SMD -0.33 [-0.40, -0.26], p<0.001) -0.26 [-0.36, -0.17], p<0.001). Heterogeneity moderate. Scalable hold promise as managing without differences seen While modest, sizes are comparable those pharmacological therapy. field would benefit detailed reporting participant demographics including related technological proficiency, well further evaluation non-CBT interventions. However, the existing literature reveals significant gap comprehensive reviews that consolidate findings discuss potential technologies enhancing health. Methods To clarify latest research progress on promote past decade (2013–2023), we conducted two studies: systematic review meta-analysis. is based 59 empirical studies identified from three screening phases, with basic information, types technologies, as key points analysis for synthesis comparison. meta-analysis 10 qualified experimental determine overall effect size interventions possible moderating factors. Results results revealed (1) there an upward trend relevant research, comprising mostly quasi-experimental designs; (2) common include depression, anxiety, bullying, lack social emotional competence, related COVID-19; (3) various technological mobile applications (apps) have been used most frequently diagnosis treatment issues, followed by virtual reality, serious games, telemedicine services; (4) indicated moderate ( g = 0.43) promoting Conclusion Based these findings, this study provides guidance future practice promotion adolescent through technology. Abstract Attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) is a common neurodevelopmental condition. Young people face challenges accessing ADHD healthcare in the UK, especially when transitioning between child and adult services. Digital health interventions (DHIs), as an adjunct to usual care, could improve access information condition-management support for this underserved group. This systematic review aimed identify synthesise evidence on DHIs suitable young aged 16–25 with ADHD, focussing UK settings. We searched MEDLINE , Embase PsycINFO IEE Xplore ACM Library Cochrane Database of Systematic Reviews Central Register Controlled Trials Scopus Web Science Core Collection ProQuest Dissertations & Theses Global from inception December 2023 studies about which provided self-management information, included at least one participant years. Studies were grouped by intervention type (healthcare symptom monitoring, management tools), appraised using Quality Assessment Diverse (QuADS) tool. A narrative synthesis was conducted. Nineteen papers representing 15 comprising 2651 participants identified. Research spanned development, feasibility/usability, pilots exploring preliminary effectiveness, trials. QuADS scores ranged 13 34 out 39. Preliminary feasibility acceptability strongest co-produced interventions. Limited effectiveness found, except psychoeducation may be effective reducing symptoms. Future research should build emerging evidence-base, emphasising tailored ADHD.

Introduction Online group compassion-focused therapy (CFT) has not been thoroughly studied in young people, and the participants' perspectives on treatment are highly relevant. Methods A seven-session internet-based CFT program was evaluated for people aged 15–20 ( n = 42, females 37). self-report evaluation questionnaire, specifically designed this study, administered post-intervention. The current study investigated: (1) Potential factors influencing goals (increase self-compassion, reduce self-criticism increase affect-regulation abilities) overall experience of treatment; (2) effect each intervention exercise had according to ratings. Results Participants generally reported high satisfaction a attendance rate. Only 2.4% participants completed less than half sessions 71% attended at least six seven sessions. Exercises that integrated traditional cognitive-behavioral (CBT) Compassion-Focused Therapy principles received ratings, whereas breathing mindfulness exercises were rated lower many cases. Several compassion also rated, such as Threat-drive security system , based theory. majority did find home assignments helpful. Discussion findings suggest could be an easily accessible acceptable primary care, though further research is warranted.
