Veterinary antibiotics are widely used worldwide to treat and prevent infectious diseases, as well (in countries where allowed) promote growth improve feeding efficiency of food-producing animals in livestock activities. Hospitals played vital role in the maintenance and sustenance of human health. However, hospital activities generate high volume toxic solid liquid containing diverse inorganic, organic microbial wastes released untreated into ecosystem. The management wastewater particular has been a major source concern due to presence unregulated emerging micro-pollutants at concentrations range ng/L μg/L. These pollutants low concentration exert different potential health effects on aquatic species. In this review, formation, composition, properties ecotoxicology selected (Norfloxacin, Ofloxacin, Ciprofloxacin, Clofibric acid Carbamazepine) were reviewed. review also elucidates detection quantification micropollutants by Spectrophotometry techniques, Gas Chromatography, Ion Chromatography-Mass spectrometry, High-Performance Liquid Chromatography.
