Digital
wallets
have
become
a
driving
force
in
the
global
economy,
with

billion
users
worldwide

This
study
conducts
an
in-depth
bibliometric
analysis
evaluate
current
state
and
future
trends
of
digital
wallet
research
using
scientific
databases
such
as
Scopus
Web
Science.
A
scoping
review
methodology
was
applied,
which
we
analyzed
778
documents,
following
eligibility
process
search
terms:
“digital
wallet”,
“mobile
“e-wallet”.
Results
show
that
India,
United
States,
China
are
leading
efforts
this
field.
Key
factors
influencing
adoption
include
data
security,
ease

Abstract
With
increasing
evidence
supporting
the
use
of
biometric
identification
methods
for
authentication,
this
study
aims
to
enhance
our
understanding
factors
influencing
acceptance
and
resistance
facial
recognition
payment
(FRP)
systems.
To
provide
a
comprehensive
review
these
factors,
we
conducted
systematic
literature
(SLR)
empirical
studies.
We
examined
22
key
research
articles
from
an
initial
pool
1372
publications,
identifying
37
that
influence
consumer
or
FRP.
These
were
categorized
into
usage‐related
aspects,
attitudes
evaluations,
user‐related
traits,
privacy
security
concerns,
other
factors.
Our
findings
reveal
most
frequently
cited
include
performance
expectancy,
effort

usefulness,
ease

Mobile
payment
systems
are
increasingly
seen
as

lifeline

ABSTRACT
This
study
investigates
the
primary
elements
that
affect
acceptance
of
mobile
payment
systems
(MPS)
in
emerging
markets
during
health
emergencies
such
as
COVID‐19
outbreak.
By
integrating
Unified
Theory
Acceptance
and
Use
Technology
2
(UTAUT2)
with
Health
Belief
Model
(HBM),
well
incorporating
constructs
like
trust
uncertainty
avoidance,
research
provides
comprehensive
insights
into
MPS
usage
behavior
markets.
Data
were
collected
from
362
participants
Saudi
Arabia
via
an
online
survey.
The
data
underwent
analysis
using
two
methods:
partial
least
squares
structural
equation
modeling
(PLS‐SEM)
necessary
condition
(NCA).

intention
to
adopt

by
perceived

Mobile
