Abstract Mental health nursing work is challenging, and workplace stress can have negative impacts on nurses' well‐being practice. Resilience a dynamic process of positive adaptation recovery from adversity. The aims this integrative review were to examine update understandings perspectives resilience in mental research, explore synthesize the state empirical knowledge nurse resilience. The ongoing Israel-Hamas war is posing additional challenges for mental health workers in an already stressful workplace. This study centres on the psychological effects of shared traumatic reality workers, arising from war. One month after exposure to terrorist attack 7 October 2023 and outbreak following this event, 147 completed questionnaires regarding a variety variables such as demographics, anxiety symptoms, acute stress media-induced secondary trauma, personal resilience, National resilience (NR), post-traumatic growth (PTG). found that with previous trauma displayed higher trauma. Abstract Background The COVID-19 pandemic has imposed unprecedented stress and challenges upon medical staff, potentially resulting in posttraumatic growth (PTG). This scoping review aims to synthesize the existing knowledge on PTG among staff during by identifying its current status potential influencing factors. findings may provide a foundation for future research interventions enhance staff’s psychological resilience well-being. Methods Literature was systematically searched from 01 January 2020 31 December 2022. following databases were searched: PubMed, Web of Science, Embase, CINAHL, PsycINFO, Cochrane Library, China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI), Chinese Biomedical Service System (SinoMed), Wanfang Data. Eligibility criteria included: (1) as subjects; (2) focus “posttraumatic growth” or “alternative related outbreak pandemic; (3) discussion situation factors PTG; (4) study types, such qualitative, quantitative, mixed methods. Two researchers independently selected extracted characteristics (study design, population, region, measurement instruments, primary outcomes) included literature. data synthesized qualitatively descriptively. Mental health nurses (MHNs) experience a range of stressors as part their work, which can impact well-being and turnover intention. There is no prior evidence, however, on MHNs' mental health, well-being, resilience, intention during the COVID-19 pandemic. The aims this online survey-based cross-sectional study, conducted pandemic, were to explore psychological distress, emotional intelligence, coping self-efficacy, posttraumatic growth, sense workplace belonging, n = 144 Australian registered enrolled nurses; relationships between these variables, in particular, was higher percentage MHNs with high (27.78%) very distress (9.72%) compared population norms measured by K10. Emotional intelligence behaviours significantly lower than mean (GENOS-EI Short). Coping self-efficacy mid-range (CSES-Short). To determine the association between sociodemographic factors, stress, depression and anxiety, emotional eating, concern about COVID-19 contagion in first second-line Peruvian nurses.The study was cross-sectional conducted with 500 nurses of both sexes, over 18 years age. Validated questionnaires were used to measure aspects, COVID-19, generalized depression, self-perceived eating. Multiple linear regression analysis performed analyze factors affecting contagion.The multiple showed that being ages 29 years, male, from coastal region or jungle region, having a bachelor's degree, severe associated higher COVID-19. On other hand, more than 5 10 experience experience, low non-emotional eating negatively concern.
