Abstract Background Endometritis is an inflammatory reaction of the lining uterus, leading to occurrence infertility. Platelet rich plasma (PRP) has been proven exhibit extremely effective for treatment endometrium‐associated infertility, but mechanism its prevention endometritis remains unclear. Objective The present study aimed investigate protective effect PRP against induced by lipopolysaccharide (LPS) and elucidate underlying these effects. Methods Mouse model was established intrauterine perfusion LPS. infusion administered at 24 h after LPS induction. After another h, uterine tissues were harvested observe histopathological changes, production proinflammatory cytokines, variation Toll‐like receptor 4/nuclear factor κB (TLR4/NF‐κB) signaling pathways, validated anti‐inflammatory PRP. myeloperoxidase (MPO) activity concentration nitric oxide (NO) determined using assay kit. Abstract Background The diagnostic criteria of chronic endometritis remain controversial in the treatment for infertile patients. Methods A prospective observational study was conducted a single university from June 2014 to September 2017. Patients who underwent frozen-thawed blastocyst transfer with hormone replacement cycle after histological examination presence were enrolled. Chronic inflammation in cesarean scar defect contributes to secondary infertility women with syndrom; however, it remains unclear about the situation of uterine cavity syndrome. Abstract Purpose This paper was mainly conducted to investigate the effect of chronic endometritis (CE) on clinical outcome patients with unexplained infertility. Materials and methods 145 infertility from Reproductive Center our hospital January 2018 December 2021 were selected as group. 42 definite causes control group during same period. Both groups underwent hysteroscopy immunohistochemical tests for CD38 CD138. According results immunohistochemistry, incidence CE between two analyzed. Patients accepted oral antibiotic therapy 14 days. Another 58 who did not undergo CD138 unexamined expected natural pregnancy. Follow-up lasted 1 year, pregnant followed up until delivery.The pregnancy rate, spontaneous abortion rate baby-carrying home compared. Results There 75 in group, prevalence 51.7% (75/145). Compared (28.6%), significantly higher (P < 0.05). After treated treatment, patients’ 61.3% (46/75) 60% (45/75) which than those group(43.1% & 36.2%) 0.05), while 2.2% (1/46),which lower that (16.0%) Conclusions For infertility, combined endometrial detection should be performed time exclude CE. The can improved by treatment.

In vitro fertilization (IVF) is an important assisted reproductive technology in treating infertility, whose failure rate still high. Studies suggested that uterine microbiota are related to women’s diseases and persisting intrauterine bacterial infectious conditions, such as chronic endometritis (CE), impairing the pregnant processes. However, relationship between IVF outcomes open question. present study, 94 patients diagnosed with infertility were enrolled divided into CE (E group, n = 25) non-CE (NE 69) groups depending on hysteroscopy immunohistochemistry.
