This study aimed to investigate the molecular sensitization patterns of cats, dogs, and horses in patients with cat and/or dog IgE cross-reactivity other furry animals. In 95 diagnosed allergic diseases sensitized cats dogs (confirmed by specific Immunoglobulin E (sIgE) ≥ 0.35 kUA/L crude dander extracts), sIgE levels components (Fel d 1/2/4), (Can f 1/2/3/5), horse (Equ c 1), as well allergens from cow, guinea pig, mouse, rat, rabbit, chicken, were measured. Sensitization profiles analyzed. Inhibition tests using serum albumin (SA) lipocalin proteins performed. rates extracts animals ranged 16.8% 49.5%. This review provides a concise overview of preventive measures against dust mite allergies in pediatric populations, emphasizing the need for comprehensive and evolving approach. Dust mites, ubiquitous microscopic arachnids, pose significant threat to children's health, triggering asthma. Traditional strategies such as regular cleaning, mattress covers, humidity control are essential but warrant refinement. Empowering children through personalized hygiene education exploring innovative bedding solutions showcase forward-thinking paradigm. Collaboration with healthcare professionals embracing technology-driven ensures holistic adaptable approach safeguarding health mite-related ailments. abstract underscores importance continually reassessing innovating create resilient health-conscious living environments children.

Abstract Following a diagnosis of IgE‐mediated food allergy, to secure the best outcome, patient should receive individualized advice tailored their specific needs, which considers type and presentation involved, level exclusion required, risk cross‐contamination any variance required for age, ethnicity, financial issues, lifestyle. Issues such as labels “may contain” statements, variation in threshold reaction impact cofactors also be considered. Most important is need ensure that robust, especially given nutritional, psychological, socioeconomic issues can affect an individual with allergy. Unnecessary one or more foods have not triggered allergic reactions, individuals comorbidities, result severe reactions on re‐exposure. Given allergies may change over time, reviewed, determine whether resolution likely, new‐food triggers are reported. Regular assessment vital, during childhood, reintroduction occurs at appropriate thus enabling increased diversity diet improvement quality life. The aim present is to summarize latest epidemiological data related relationship between asthma ABPA offer a summary most recent strategies that could potentially facilitate identification patients. Recent findings In last years, great efforts have been made by researchers worldwide provide reliable on fungal sensitization ABPA, patients both adult pediatric population. Data differ depending geographical area population studied, but pooled show concerning 11% having one out four being sensitized fungi, Aspergillus fumigatus particular. According to projections by the Food and Agriculture Organization of United Nations, global population will reach 9 billion 2050. This raises concerns about ability feed such a population. In view above, it is necessary search for alternative food sources. Edible insects are rich in complete protein, essential fatty acids, vitamins micronutrients. Despite this, entomophagy not common Europe. 2021, European Union approved Acheta domesticus, Tenebrio molitor, Locusta migratoria, Alphitobius diaperinus consumption.
