As the COVID-19 pandemic continues to spread, e-learning has increased. This is a challenge for nursing and midwifery students, as clinical training an essential part of their education. The aim this review was identify advantages limitations students during pandemic. A systematic literature conducted following PRISMA guidelines. international databases PubMed, CINAHL/MEDLINE, Web Science, ScienceDirect were searched. Articles critically appraised. Thematic analysis used synthesise data. search resulted in 91 hits. Thirteen studies included final analysis. Three main themes identified: (1) benefits e-learning; (2) challenges/limitations (3) recommendations e-learning. E-learning effective alternative learning process Students perceive several challenges related internet access, technical equipment, financial aspects, work family commitments.

Due to the increasing number of students in nursing education, need support traditional education and provide blended or distance learning have incited trend utilizing e-learning training nurses. The purpose this study was determine level satisfaction, readiness, expectation relation process among 3rd year students. Data descriptive collected electronically July 2020.The group consisted 91 who were studying University, Faculty Health Sciences, Department Nursing, enrolled Child Disease Nursing course. Study data through "Introductory Information Form" containing introductory information students, "Readiness Expectation Scale for e-Learning Process" “Satisfaction Process ". It found that there a significant relationship between students’ family income satisfaction regarding process. In addition, age value readiness e-learning. Findings stated paying more attention interaction, particularly practical courses, using materials enriching course content will positively influence expectations during online courses.

Background and objective: Student Nurses have been conventionally predominantly taught face to for several decades. A recent surge in teaching student nurses online the last decade has expedited by onset of covid-19 pandemic. significant number research on learning, focuses its effectiveness from an educator’s perspective. Exploring nurses’ experiences with learning relation their digital technology skills readiness is pertinent informing a student-led pedagogy. The aims explore if they are ready or not.Methods: study descriptive qualitative research, which utilises Interpretative phenomenological analysis hermeneutic phenomenology. Four pre-registration university South-East England were recruited study. Individual face-to-face tape recorded semi-structured interviews conducted verbal written consent participants. Data collected was concurrently transcribed analysed. Preliminary codes given data describe contents. Interviews then searched patterns transcripts. themes that emerged reviewed refined up verbatim quotations participants support interpretations. reflexive diary kept researcher throughout reduce likelihood biases. Results: analysed indicated competent engage learning. Online deemed beneficial all students although preference reported. Factors inhibited fully engaging included internet hitches inability nurse educators use technology. lack effective communication between lecturers during also marred students. Environmental distractions at home peers further cited as inhibitors learning.Conclusions: Nursing Midwifery Council (NMC) requires qualified sound care delivery.
