Abstract
Pulmonary
fibrosis
(PF)
is
a
special
type
of
pulmonary
parenchymal
disease,
with
chronic,
progressive,
fibrosis,
high
mortality.
There
lack
safe,
effective,
and
affordable
treatment
methods.
Qilongtian
(QLT)
traditional
Chinese
prescription
that
composed
Panax
notoginseng,
Earthworm,
Rhodiola,
shows
the
remarkable
clinical
curative
effect
PF.
However,
mechanism
QLT
remains
to
be
clarified.
Therefore,
we
studied
effectivity
in
treating
Bleomycin
(BLM)
induced
PF
mice.
Our
studies
have
shown
significantly
reduced
inflammatory
injury,
hydroxyproline
content
collagen
deposition
lung
tissue
BLM
mice
downregulated
cytokine
related
inflammation
expression
on
mRNA
protein
level
To
identify
QLT,
Transcriptome
was
measured,
IL-17
signal
pathway
screened
out
for
further
research.
Further
indicated
CCL12,
CXCL5,
FOSL1,
MMP9
,
AREG
which
are
fibrosis-related
genes
pathway.
In
summary,
results
potential
preventing
progress
by
inhibiting
resulting

Abstract
Viral
myocarditis
(VMC)
commonly
triggers
heart
failure,
