The mental health of youth is considered a big challenge in recent years for professionals. Adolescents are known to have an increased prevalence internalizing-externalizing problems that lead adverse social, academic, and personal outcomes. This research investigating the role interpersonal as mediator association parental warmth rejection with 732 adolescents (girls = 49%, boys 51%) recruited through multistage sampling technique. Measures included Egna Minnen Betraffande Uppostran Children (EMBU-C) (Saleem, Mahmood, & Subhan, 2015), Youth version Child Behavior Checklist (Achenbach Rescorla, 2001), Interpersonal Difficulties Scale (Zahra Saleem, 2020). Correlation analysis confirmed significant among warmth, rejection, problems, problems. Findings mediation revealed effects on via Implications discussed terms counseling adolescents.

Identifying healthcare professionals' (HCPs) communication skills is crucial to improving patient outcomes. Iranian HCPs' interpersonal (ICS) were validated using a culturally appropriate and indigenous scale.In November December 2021, convenience sampling was used collect data from 170 HCPs. Seven factors covered by the questionnaire, which consisted of 30 items. In order validate scale, first- second-order confirmatory factor analyses (CFA) performed. Various indices during CFA, including Goodness Fit Index (GFI), Adjusted (AGFI), Comparative (CFI), Normed (NFI), Standardized Root Mean Square Residual (SRMR), Error Approximation (RMSEA). The Fornell-Larcker Criterion assess discriminant validity. We analyzed in Lisrel 8.8 SmartPLS 3.2.8.According Q2-index obtained blindfold test, model had 44% predictive power. First-order CFA results showed acceptable (χ2 = 767.17; DF 375; CFI 0.98; GFI 0.82; AGFI 0.80; NFI 0.97; SRMR 0.22; RMSEA 0.068). Furthermore, measurement demonstrated adequate desirable fit 797.24; 381; 0.78; 0.059; General listening ranked highest importance-performance map analysis (IPMA).HCPs could benefit this scale as it can assist them developing ICS. It recommended that training programs be replicated among different populations evaluate their effectiveness.

The current research explored the serial mediating role of social comparison and interpersonal skills in association between positive parenting self-esteem adolescents. participants for this study comprised 674 (boys = 47%, girls 53%) adolescents recruited from mainstream government school Lahore, an urbanized city Pakistan, by using a multistage sampling technique. Participants have age range 12–19 years ( M 14.88, SD 1.33). Parenting Style Scale Adolescents, Self-Esteem Children, Social Comparison Scale, Interpersonal Skills were used to measure parenting, self-esteem, comparison, skills, respectively. Based on results, it was concluded that partially mediate relationship self-esteem. results are discussed light pertinent literature, some recommendations given upcoming studies.

When children enter adolescence, their personality traits easily give rise to psychological reactance (PR). PR involves a desire for autonomy and independence, as well an aversion parental social rules restrictions. Factors that influence include physiological, familial, aspects. However, most studies on adolescent noncompliance have primarily focused rebellious behavior. Little research has examined motivational state reactance, although its interaction with environmental perception can significantly affect adolescents' lives. This study aimed explore the relationship between perceived friendliness of community environment cognitive processing at different quality life (QoL) levels in relation among adolescents. Propensity score matching was performed sample 3546 adolescents, collected Sanya, China. The results show child-friendly communities (CFCs) had negative impact levels. Additionally, QoL moderating effect, meaning higher QoL, stronger role CFC alleviating PR. In contrast claims is determined by temperament or character profiles, this reveals importance shaping through triadic reciprocal determinism focus key environment.

Soft skills, especially interpersonal leadership and self-discipline, are very important to support 21st century skills for Vocational High School (SMK) students. The purpose of this research is analyze the extent influence leadership, self-discipline on critical thinking abilities grade 11 VHS students in Department Aesthetics Hairdressing (A&H). This correlational conducted using a quantitative approach. A total 141 A&H from five vocational high schools DIY were selected as samples. sampling technique used was stratified random sampling. instrument consists questionnaire with 4 point Likert scale. Data analyzed regression analysis SEM analysis. results show that have significant effect showed such ability communicate work team, because jobs aesthetics hairdressing fields often involve direct interaction clients. Leadership also needed, when lead projects or manage their own businesses. implications lie curriculum, curriculum needs be expanded not only focus technical but provide portion development soft including effective communication, team management leadership.

This study investigates the moderating role of interpersonal skills in relationship between family cohesion and emotional–behavioral problems (EBPs) a sample 1,452 (boys = 46% ; girls 54%) adolescents, ages 12 19 years ( M 15.11, SD 1.33) was selected through multistage sampling technique from Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi (urbanized cities Pakistan). Interpersonal Skills Scale (IPSS), Family Cohesion (FCS), School Children Problems (SCPS) were used to assess skills, cohesion, EBPs, respectively. Results suggested that significantly moderated EBPs. are discussed by considering manifestation expression EBPs adolescents collectivistic cultures.

This research aims to determine the mediating role of social deficits in self-criticism and aggression using a sample 695 adolescents (girls = 49%, boys 51%), aged 12 19 years (M 14.97, SD 1.30) from an urbanized city Pakistan. The current study intended to investigate the role of self-esteem as a mediator between reassurance-seeking behavior and interpersonal difficulties in 300 university students (50% men 50% women) aged 18-30 years (M = 20.72,SD 1.88).Measures consisted Reassurance Seeking Behavior Scale (Hafeez, 2020), Self-Esteem (Zafar et al., 2012), Interpersonal Difficulty (Saleem 2014), demographic proforma.According results, reassuranceseeking was positively correlated with low self-esteem, anxious difficulties.Low selfesteem were also difficulties.Furthermore, significantly mediated relationship students.The results provide implications for mental health professionals terms developing structured prevention programs taking preventative precautions mitigate devastating impacts difficulties.

BACKGROUND: In order to improve patient outcomes, healthcare professionals' communication skills need be evaluated. A valid, culturally appropriate, and endemic scale for assessing interpersonal among the staff of comprehensive health centers in Iran was examined achieve such an objective. METHODS: convenience sampling used November December 2021 collect information from 170 voluntary staff. The questionnaire had 30 items seven factors. First- second-order confirmatory factor analysis validate scale. Model fit evaluated with GFI, AGFI, CFI, NFI, SRMR, RMSEA, CN indices during analysis. Discriminant validity measured through Fronell-Larcker Criterion. Data were analyzed using Lisrel 8.8 & Smartpls 3.2.8 software. RESULTS: predictive power model Q2-index based on blindfolding test equal % 44. first-order CFA results indicated that acceptable value (χ2= 767.17; DF=375; CFI=0.98; GFI=0.82; AGFI=0.80; NFI=0.97; SRMR=0.22; CN= 127.83; RMSEA=0.068).
