The
gut
microbiota
is
an
ecosystem
including
all
bacterial
species
that
permanently
colonize
the
gastro
intestinal
tract
and
a
large
number
of
other
microorganisms
from
environment.
These

may
be
unbalanced
by
external
internal
factors.

this
review
to
summarize
recent
findings
on
animal
human
studies

microbiota-composition.

an

individual's
life

have
enabled
scientists
