Abstract
Inflammaging,
characterized
by
an
increase
in
low-grade
chronic
inflammation
with
age,
is
a
hallmark
of
aging
and
strongly
associated
various
age-related
diseases,
including
liver
disease
(CLD)
hepatocellular
carcinoma
(HCC).
Because
necroptosis
cell

Inflammatory
bowel
disease
(IBD)
is
an
immune-mediated
gut
dysfunction,
which
might
also
be
associated
with
inflammatory
phenotype
in
the
liver.

nutritional

omega-3
polyunsaturated
fatty
acids
(n-3
PUFA)

correlated
to
severity
and
occurrence
IBD.
In

investigate
whether
n-3
PUFA
can
reduce
liver
inflammation
oxidative
damage
due
colon
inflammation,
we
explored
dextran
sulfate
sodium
(DSS)-induced
colitis
model
wild-type
fat-1
mice
endogenously
increased
tissue
content.

confirming
previous
data
alleviated
DSS-induced
mouse
model,
