Teachers have an important role in 21st-century education as the main agent or facilitators their teaching approach. Moreover, teacher's approach is a significant part of overall effectiveness with regard to Teaching and Learning (TnL) process. Consequently, this research focuses on development process well instruments validation measure four constructs, namely Professional Development, Technology Skills, Teacher Competence, Self-Determined (SDL). The researcher adapted modified all these items by referring theories, models opinions given experts related each construct. This newly developed 100-item instrument assessing its validity reliability through Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA) examining relationships between constructs Pearson Correlation. was sample 140 primary school teachers. After EFA analysis, 10 were removed, leaving total 90 items. produced high Kaiser-Meyer Olkin (KMO) values, which 0.803 for 0.898 0.876 0.883 SDL. indicated excellent internal consistency, having Cronbach's alpha values construct exceeding 0.80, indicating suitability data collection tool. Reliability analysis also showed acceptable consistency instrument. The current study examined the beliefs, experiences, and challenges of primary school teachers in Vietnam first years implementing a new curriculum. was conducted at five schools big city Vietnam. data consist in-depth semi-structured interviews with eleven teachers. Analysis qualitative showed that held positive views on curriculum, commenting curriculum had many strengths introduced right time. reported they largely understood principles made attempts to realise They highlighted several initial effects students themselves. This qualitative study aims to uncover the characteristics of teacher professional development (TPD) among groups Vietnamese primary schools in context educational reform light a sociocultural perspective. Data were collected from 12 participants four Central Vietnam using in-depth interviews. The comprised one principal, team leader and each school. Aspek program holistik integratif pada Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini (PAUD HI) meliputi layanan pendidikan, perawatan, perlindungan, dan pengasuhan. Peran keluarga, masyarakat, pemerintah dibutuhkan untuk berpartisipasi dalam mengoptimalkan tumbuh kembang anak usia dini. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui berbagai hambatan implementasi PAUD HI. Metode yang digunakan kualitatif dengan pendekatan kajian literatur. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa ada empat tema HI: belum maksimalnya pemahaman guru terhadap hi, minimnya sosialisasi dinas atau setempat, kurangnya keterlibatan masyarakat PAUD, terbatasnya sarana prasarana. <p style="text-align: justify;">Professional learning communities (PLCs) are important for improving student achievement and school development. According to PLC research, teachers' knowledge practice in teaching significantly improved by various forms favorable working environments. Principal instructional leadership plays a key role in promoting teachers' professional learning and development. This paper reports the findings of qualitative study investigating principal Vietnamese primary schools from perspective teachers school principals. The purpose of this study was to investigate learning management and its impact on school performance during the transition from remote face-to-face period five heads 137 teachers public elementary schools in cluster 8 Division Calamba City, for SY 2022-2023.Teachers represented a grade level kindergarten 6.A mixed method, descriptive-correlational used.Thematic analysis revealed 31 initial themes practices, which were further grouped into three main categories: classroom management, teaching strategies, teaching-learning explore variances managing practices in-person classes among respondents.Results showed that both consistently rated activities with very high practice classes, indicating an exceptional practices.On other hand, notable differences their assessment linked educational attainment training sessions resulting 2022-2023 academic year, minimal dropouts, promotions, strong achievements.The development plan is proposed focusing enhancing indicators need be capacitated include continuous improvement feedback mechanisms.

The significance of environmental education has become more evident, driven by global concerns surrounding climate change. In Vietnam, a country facing significant challenges, developing knowledge elementary school teachers is crucial. This study aimed to validate questionnaire for assessing professional in teaching issues, originally designed the Korean context. Recognizing need adaptation Vietnamese educational system, language, and local initial 39-item underwent validation process. A total 86 participated construct validity reliability, while eight qualified professionals evaluated content validity. results indicated that indices each item ranged from .88 1.00, scale-content index was .90. Exploratory factor analysis confirmed validity, organizing 27 items into seven dimensions. Cronbach’s ⍺ coefficient .86, which demonstrated high level reliability. The study explored how primary school teachers' Emotional Exhaustion (emotional exhaustion) is implemented in the context of General Education Curriculum 2018 and what factors it influenced by. By gathering quantitative data from 310 teachers through a questionnaire, has given reality emotional exhaustion number that influence such as supervisory support, time pressure, relations with parents, relation colleagues, autonomy.
